With over 25 years direct experience in furniture design, manufacturing and project delivery, his knowledge and industry insight provides foundational strength to the management team at AMS. As Managing Director, he is committed to visionary leadership for the management team, developing the product range and refining the operations of the business as it continues to expand and diversify.
As Operations Director, Oliver is the person who makes sure AMS continually improves its processes and adopts best practice methods. Innovation comes naturally due to a constant focus on R&D through market research, design consultancy and ongoing trend analysis, putting AMS at the forefront of industry advances. Oliver is also responsible for building strategic alliances with cutting-edge manufacturing and supply partners.
With more than 16 years’ experience in B2B marketing, Lisa is extremely client-focused in developing effective marketing strategies in line with key business objectives. Her wide range of expertise includes campaign and project management, creative briefs and execution, CRM systems, and database management. Lisa is passionate about delivering exceptional service, providing value to clients, and building long-term business relationships.
